We believe in developing our people to their fullest professional potential and as such, we support and encourage informal mentoring relationships among our staff as an effective and efficient way to develop our people and pass on the wealth of the OPS Group’s internal knowledge and capabilities. Apprentices are valuable resources who bring new ideas and diversity to the company, and we offer a four year Apprenticeship Placement Program for both Mechanical Fitting and Metal Fabrication. Successful apprentices will have the opportunity to pursue a long term career within the business.
